Our Customer Technical Services (CTS) team helps our customers make production more efficient and save on costs by meeting with our customers. We help our customers grow their businesses by providing technical consultancy and hands-on support as needed. It always cooperates with its customers with its experienced engineers and technical team.

Collaborative work is carried out to help customers get to know the sheet raw materials better and achieve maximum efficiency in sheet metal usage. In this context, the MTH team determines customer expectations even before the sale takes place and warns the quality, manufacturing and shipping departments in line with customer expectations.

Technical Trainings:

The MTH team organizes training seminars for its customers aiming to increase the total efficiency and quality by establishing the connection between the steel and the customer’s usage area.
